Becks has been so supportive and motivating throughout my plan. I have always been able to ask him questions about food choices and he is very knowledgeable. Check in was always really productive and motivating. Would definitely recommend signing up to his coaching if you want to have that support to loose weight and have a better relationship with food.

Coachedbybecks, has been a complete life changer for me. 7 weeks in I’m not just at my lowest weight in years but several clothes sizes down. He has taught me to look at food differently as well as a a comprehensive plan that follows my needs in my goal to reverse my type 2 Diabetes which I am now on track to do. My gym plan has helped reduce clothes sizes from XXL/XL down to L.
The plan has helped me mentally as well and has given me a new least of life to go out and get the body I want rather than just accepting what I was.

In the 6 weeks Becks has been coaching me he has made a meal plan that works well with my work schedule and a gym plan that’s doable and enjoyable.
He’s always been there to help with any questions I’ve had and sorted them out asap. He listens to your report every Thursday and gives you personalised feedback that will help you achieve your goals for the next week.. this feels more personal and shows he actually cares about his clients and you’re not just another number to him. The progress is coming along nicely and I can’t wait to see what happens going forward.
